Like our customers and suppliers, Corfin Industries is making all practical efforts to mitigate impact on our operations from COVID-19. Corfin has long-emphasized cross-training and capacity enhancements to be prepared to minimize any impact to our customers from unforeseen events. We have employed our Emergency Action and Business Interruption & Disaster Recovery Plans. These Plans implemented many specific measures focused upon restrictions on visitors, increased stock inventory, employee hygiene education, enhanced facility cleaning, and contingency planning.
Currently, both Corfin facilities (NH and TX) are fully staffed and operating normally providing the full range of our component modification services. As an expected outcome of the recent facility growth in both New Hampshire and Texas; Corfin is now offering reduced lead times for standard orders from 30 working days to 28 working days. We anticipate this trend to continue.
The DoD has declared Corfin’s facilities as “essential services” to ensure any local restrictions that may be imposed will not apply. As no one can foresee future impacts of the pandemic, we encourage our customers to place orders now to take advantage of Corfin’s high level of productivity.
Corfin will advise our customers if our deliveries do become impacted.
